The worker at the front counter was not very friendly or helpful at all. Our carpet was soaking wet, and our heater was turned up to 85 in the room when we arrived.
Hotel smells like a smoke in rooms and corridors. Druggies, homeless sits in lobby plus near fire exiting door.
No facilities for drinkable water

Washroom is always cold . No heat in washroom. In addition they don't have microwaves, mini fridge ; nothing. Plus they keep coffee machine in washroom. So disgusting.
You rather pay $50 extra n choose other hotel
We went to Country Inn hotel next door and stayed night there.
When I arrived there was strong smells of smoke and pot through the hallways
The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean but there was mold in the bathroom walls
The morning staff was pretty rude
Front desk staff was great when I checked in; however, the airport shuttle would have been great if I would have been able to ride it. I was told to wait but airport staff and the Ramada shuttle would come everyone 20 minutes. Ine showed up but stated they were for downtown and they were francised and owner by different people. I attempted to call the hotel multiple times on mutilpe lines provided by Google and Expedia and could not make sontact with the hotel I finally gave up and paid for a taxi and when I arrived I was adcised that I had to call for the shuttle. I told them I tried and I was unable to get through. Staff stated they were there all night and the phone didint ring. I dont knownif was communication with Expedia or what the overall issue was but that was very frustrating!
I give low points for the service. The main phone number was down, they didnt send any notification of alternate numbers for airport pickup. The pickup location was confusing. All this could have been solved if thier webpage or expedia page gave details on how to get the airport shuttle. Other than this the hotel was good and clean
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled extensively throughout the country - all 50 states, in fact. It's worse than the old negative ideas about Motel 6s that people joke about. The only food on site is referred to is "Pan Asian." There's no coffee shop nearby. The smells of the East Indian food permeate the lobby and first floor, and are even obvious on the third floor. There isn't a mini-fridge or a MW. The hotel's interior finishes probably haven't been upgraded since the 1970s. On top of all this, the desk clerk was extremely rude - dismissive and the opposite of customer service-oriented. Wyndham should be ashamed of this hotel being under its imprimatur.

Didn’t find the staff friendly, TV never worked properly…
The property was rundown and dirty. The staff were pleasant enough and the bed was comfy but would not stay here again because of the floor in the hotel and other areas was were not clean.
