Wow. I knew I only needed a bed out by the airport for a very early morning flight, but I didn’t get much sleep here! What a creepy place. I didn’t feel very safe. Drug usage abounds and the place smells. The clerk who checked me in clearly hated her job and probably people, in general. On the other hand, the early morning clerk was very sweet and helpful. Not recommended for single seniors, for sure!
Shuttle to the hotel takes a long time. We paid another shuttle to drop us off. Room did not smell like smoke, thankfully.
The room was clean enough. The carpet was a little sticky and a bunch of places were missing carpet and burned/stained. My kid scrapped her back on the shower soap holder. Its made of metal with sharp corners. Location wise was super close to the airport but also so loud in the room due to the roads. Good enough for the price.
The fire alarm was set off twice and it took over an hour to shut it off the second time.
When I checked in (Fri Mar 14) the woman at the front desk was rude.
There were people camping around the building, inside AND outside.
Overall, would never recommend this place to anyone.
Room is clean and very nice, but the stairwell is littered with candy wrappers, the hallway smells like weed, and there was a transient person in the hallway.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Don’t let the outside fool you
The hotel in itself just looked quite sketchy. You can tell that the building is old. The elevators were literally broken, and there was just a yucky smell in the hallways on the second floor however, once you got into your room, it was extremely clean and very nice.!
My biggest complaint isIt was rare for someone to be at the front desk to help which I found very odd. when you check in they do not provide you with any information except for how to get to the elevator with floor. Your room is on. You don’t know how to check out , if there’s any room service , or how to get your room cleaned.. I had to call downstairs to the front desk for every little thing that should’ve been told to me when I first checked in. You can just tell that they put very minimal effort into the hotel and or just there to collect money however, once again shout out to the cleaning staff because the room was very clean and comfortable. And then everyone I talk to you at the front desk act like they had an attitude as if their job isn’t to answer questions.
This place smells of cigarettes smoke and pee. Our first room had mold and the carbon monoxide detector was going off. Their were stains on both carpets. If I had options to stay elsewhere I would have.
Upon arrival, I asked 2 basic questions and the staff seemed inpatient and rude. There is garage parking in the building and found that it is for longer term parking. I also read that there was a "service fee" for breakfast and asked for additional information. There is a restaurant located in the hotel, however it is a separate entity. While i am ok and understand both pieces of information, the way it was delivered was quite rude. The rooms were not very clean either.
