Heater/cooler is falling off the wall. Curtain sheer is shredded. Curtain rod in bathroom is falling down so curtain doesn’t stay in place. This is the same in several rooms as we’ve stayed here a few times the last couple months. We might have to move to a different location. Great staff.

The beds/mattresses were phenomenal. However, the mattresses slid all over leaving a wooden edge to bump into. And we didn’t have a microwave in our room. Otherwise, the room was great!

Met the need for the moment
It was overnight for business so quick stay. The bed was very comfortable and that was the priority. Char broken so it was almost to the floor, at the desk, Net extremely slow, Lounge chair needs to be replaced. Do not take your socks off the carpet in halls and room filthy. But all I really needed was a good night sleep. Still, I had work to do and could nto due to slow net.

It is not true about shuttle. They show free shuttle to airport or mall, this is only available from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The only time the shuttle driver is on duty. All other times you must request an uber driver to pick up and drop of from eithe places. At times, no uber fare is reimbursed. This last trip, I received no reimbursment for my ride to the mall. The televisiton was not working and the laundry service was broken!
