Sleepless in Seattle

Stays was not good. I was told I had to wait 30 min for pick up from the shuttle at the airport so I paid for a Lyft ride and was there in 10 min I asked for the river view and instead got a view of a dirty river with a dirty window with bird droppings and a view of a homeless encampment. The walls had paint chipped off, the floor had a musty smell, towels were hard and the heater was noisy I requested a 3 pm late checkout and was approved for the stay; however, the head housekeeper knocked on my door twice, at 12 & 2 pm to ask me if I was leaving yet???? I did not get good sleep the entire time The breakfast was a joke. By time I came down to eat the eggs and sausage were gone and they did not refill.

Check in was really warm and lovely! We had small talks and a quick easy check in. Early check in comes with a few of $10 per hour was not too bad. I just felt the toilet need a refresh. Having to face cold water and turning the faucet all around to get hot water is probably not the best for 2025.

Not the greatest part of town, but it was quiet there and inside was clean. Only issue was that housekeeping never came during our stay. Other than that, it was nice for the price.

This hotel is terrible. Starting with the manager, she charged me for the parking lot, even though there was no indication that there would be a fee. She withdrew money from my account without my permission. Additionally, the hotel looks extremely dirty. Please avoid staying at this location.
