It's an older property but the customer service is Class A / outstanding. The addl parking charge is not the nicest but forgiveable because Bellevue property values . The good news is clean rooms great staff plenty of parking and quiet and private area. Excellent hotel staff.

check in and check out was easy some of staff we interacted with were either rude or unhelpful and they don’t do a lot of things that basic hotels do, like daily room service. you have to register for it each day at the front desk 24 hrs ahead of time but for most part it suited our needs and was good 👍

Pool was nice at this hotel. They offer breakfast but we come down and it’s some bruised fruit, packaged muffins, with frozen jimmy John’s sandwiches that you cook in the microwave. A little disappointing for the price of hotel.

The staff at the front desk were great. The property and room were clean. It is next to the freeway and it is an older property, both of which we knew. We walked to downtown Bellevue which is really nice.

Troll Hunting in Seattle

The overall stay was good, the staff was very accomodating and helpful. All our issues were around the state of the room. There was an ants nest in the fridge area and when I check under the bed to make sure we had not forgotten/lost anything, it was apparant it had not been vaccumed for awhile. Barring these monor issues, it was a decent weekend with the family.

The staff were cheerful and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the quiet dignity of the older establishment. Downtown Bellevue a short walk away and the lovely botanical gardens just down the road

A pretty mid experience that was especially annoying with the requirement that I pay for parking at a large open parking lot. That seems to have no capacity issues whatsoever, so I definitely would not recommend it if you're driving.
