we stayed for 4 days and house keeping never came in our room for fresh sheets or new towels.. we had to go to the lobby for fresh towels the hotel itself was great besides that.. convenient location, comfy bed, 3:30am shuttle was right on time

Staff were incredibly accommodating to my dog and I during an unplanned long layover. They made adjustments for my kennel crate so I could explore Seattle with my newfound time. The hotel is super close to the airport as well, very convenient.

Hallways and elevator floors were very dirty. Our bathroom had hair all over the tub and toilet. We opted to not shower because it was icky. The area around the parking garage has beer cans and garbage everywhere. Thankfully it is just one night and we are leaving very early to catch a flight.
