The outside was dirty. The staff was not as helpful as they could have been. My mom was using a walker and we had a disability room, yet he didn't think to assist by telling us the room was closer to a different area of the hotel. My mom has to walk the length of the hotel to get to the room.

Perfectly Acceptable Option

If you're looking for a reasonably priced airport hotel, this was fine. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. Airport shuttle was quick and convenient. The property is a bit older, you can tell, but for an overnight stop between Hawaii and the middle of the country, it's a perfectly acceptable option. I would stay here again.

There were two workers at the front desk, one was assisting another guest, while the other was preoccupied with her phone and ignored the rest of the line. When she finally acknowledged us, she began the check-in process but didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s features or amenities. Additionally, she only activated my room key for one night, even though I was booked for a two-night stay.
