It was a nice room , clean & nice view. Would have liked a detailed statement when checking out. Feel like there were charges on my visa which we had no idea for what, also the lounge never told us there was a automatic 20% tip fee on our bill so we ended up double tipping. Crazy!

Parking was expensive ($74/night), and valet took over 20 minutes to retrieve our car. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in—my back and neck were so out of whack that I needed a massage after my stay. Sleeping was really painful. Everything else, however, was wonderful—beautiful, clean, and very well-kept!
