Main lobby is nice but the rest is average Equivalent to staying at holiday in, better of trying something else. Hotel is getting hold & you can tell, they will soon have to Reno or I hope so. Parking is ridiculous at $66+ USD A day! Another +$10 for Valet parking.. Over all decent hotel nothing amazing.

The staff here truly care about their guests. I had an incident occur and Dora was a God send for my predicament. She had answers and was so caring. Thank you to the entire staff. Just a comfort.

Everytime i come to Seattle I absolutely must stay here. The property is immaculate. I always come for football games so sometimes i show up at 8 am and i always get an early check in. The staff is also always very friendly.
