The room and the property was great and as per the pictures. Daily hot complementary breakfast was good and had a lot of options for everyone. Housekeeping services could be improved and calls to them always went unanswered. One thing which came as surprise to us was a daily parking charge of over 50 dollars per night. This was either not called out clearly while booking or i missed it. But that made it not a great value for money and i will probably look for other options in future.

Loved the location, had an appointment at Fred hutch so it was great. The area around the hotel is really nice and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also loved that it was right next to lake union. Only complaint was the pull out couch in the room was horribly uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it. But aside from that the stay was good. Would definitely choose this place again.

This is a fantastic hotel for visiting the U-District. It's also convenient to Seattle Childrens Hospital. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Nice fitness center and good breakfast. I will be back.

This place was amazing for the price. The breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and the kids play area was a nice feature. Only two problems I had were the hot tub jets didn’t work and one night when we got back, there wasn’t any parking in the garage. The front desk let us park right in front in the “check in” parking. I was appreciative of that but it felt a little unsafe to leave my car out in the open like that

Breakfast was chaotic and poorly staffed. They ran out of coffee and cream and all the basics. The fruit was gross. The tables were dirty. Buffet unattended. Room smelled bad and I paid too much for the quality. Will not stay again.

Exactly what I expected. Customer service was slow and a bit bland but I only had two brief interactions with front desk staff. The hotel was clean and the room was functional. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the pull out bed my kids slept on was tragic. The location is right on Lake Union and the room was quiet. The self parking fee was over $50 with tax which rivals LA/ NY prices. The hotels amenities were nice and the breakfast staff was impressive. All in all an 8 out of 10 visit.
