I have never been to a hotel that was quiet until now. It was fully booked yet we heard no outside or inside noise. It was amazing!!

Friendly staff and great location. This is a new hotel and nice inside. We are rewards members and our room was upgraded. However, our room was not very clean, crumbs on the kitchen floor, smears on the door handles, smudges on the windows. The room was nice and big and comfortable though. When I told the staff about this, she said that she would send someone right up to clean it, but we were gone for an hour and came back to a room that was not serviced. The next day we were gone from 9:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the evening and our room was still not serviced! I let the staff know upon checkout and she was apologetic, but did not offer any type of refund.

Had a wonderful stay, the property is ultra neat and clean, staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Northgate light train station is few steps away that made all other places very accessible.

We brought our family dog and I did not see any information about the charges. When we arrived they charged $150 for our dog to stay and charged an additional $25 for parking. I was not prepared for those costs and wish I had known about them sooner.

We traveled with our toddler and loved our stay at this property. The room was very new, spacious, and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a decent variety and good coffee. The walk to the train was quick and felt safe. We did not find street parking nearby and paid for the $25/day hotel parking - it was convenient but would be great if it were included in the hotel rate. We didn’t make use of the gym/swimming pool but those look great as well. We would 100% stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Great, freshly opened comfortable stay. Directly next to the lightrail station for transit ease (though pack earplugs if you sleep light). Parking garage directly across is $25/day to park. Family friendly indoor pool is a rare perk & generous breakfast buffet.

Enjoyed our stay there. Staff are helpful and friendly. I was able to utilize their gym, but the pool was not available during our stay. The room was generally clean, but an empty bottle of water was left at bedside and food in the freezer from Previous guest. Overall, I like the hotel and its facilities.

The rooms were fantastic! But the breakfast and eating area were in need of help. The food was cold or not replenished. Clean plates and silverware were in big demand. Seems as though the staff was very short. It was Sunday, Mother’s Day and a big baseball game. Maybe staffing should be a priority on these big days.

Charging for parking when there is literally nothing yet open immediately adjacent is a little too much. But the property is convenient, clean, staff was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Very convenient to Northwest Hospital.
