SeatTac Inn is rundown and the reception area is the most miminal of any I have seen in a long time. I can't say that it is unsafe, but there were what looked like bullet holes in the front windows of the office. On the good side, the receptionist was lovely in allowing us to stay 1/ 1/2 hours past checkout while we were waiting for our ride to the airport.

Horrible experience

Staff is useless. So I made the reservation online so I could stay overnight in Seattle, and when I called to ask about the shuttle to come and pick us up, the agent told me he couldn’t find my reservation. He tried double to make sure I got the right address and everything lined up, except to them, my request didn’t exist. Ended up staying in the airport overnight for my flight at 9am. But of course the payment went through, recommend going somewhere where they don’t scam you

This motel is quite old and rundown. There were stains running down the walls, and paint all over the floor, sink, toilet & mirror. It's like someone came in to refresh the paint (years ago) but painted over everything and were not careful. Bathtub is quite old and has been painted, but paint is now peeling and was badly stained. The floors have been changed to laminate flooring which is clean, however makes the noise level horrible. People checked in above us around 1:30am and were like a heard of elephants wearing wooden shoes. They were heavy walkers and you could hear every item they dropped on floor. The only positive was the airport shuttle that runs anytime. We had an early flight and it was no problem to get us to the airport for 6:30am.

This is where I always stay when in Seattle. Its simple and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. I board my car here while away and have never had issues. They are quick to get you to and from the hotel.

Our driver to and from the airport was pleasant and helpful. We had difficulty understanding the gentleman at the reception but he was kind enough. The hotel has definitely seen better days. Our room was clean but just looked very worn down with patchy repair jobs. We had a good sleep though.

I had a 5 AM flight so thought I would save a bit and not do my typical major hotel chain. I wasn't expecting much and wasn't disappointed. All I want is a safe, clean hotel - the shower worked well - no leaks and hot water, unlike the major chain I stayed at in Everett...Very conveniently located to the rental car return and SeaTac.
