This was an excellent choice for a pre-trip hotel for an early flight. The parking staff and the front desk people were exceptional. I had questions with the parking staff because I had to use spot hero to have parking while I was on my trip. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent.

The intake team at the front desk & management were outstanding. They were open, sociable, and efficient in getting us processed through. This was especially exceptional as we were traveling through the 2000 flight disruption, cited here: https://www.reuters.com/business/media-telecom/dallas-airports-return-normal-faa-details-problem-that-caused-outage-2025-09-20/ We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant as well. The expeditor located veggie burgers which were excellently prepared! While the food was really good, the service was mediocre. Our server was uninterested and did really not intimate nominal interest in us as patrons. She put An apple cider drink on our table for consumption but left no bottle opener to open the drink and never asked, if we needed on as well as pulling my spouse's salad before she finished with it. One aside from the stay it --wasn't made clear how we get Internet access without paying extra.

Two of the three elevators for the Towers were broken. They were slow to make a Service elevator available. Was on 5th floor and bags too heavy for me to carry. After a half hour wait got to 5th floor and key card would not work for room. No dinner or drinks this night.
