The friendly & efficient front desk staff made checking in quick & easy. The room was clean and conveniently contained a mini-fridge & microwave. Also, the property is located next to the Link Lightrail Station and is close to the airport.

The property was clean and easy to navigate but we had to plug in the lamps to turn the light on and one of them short circuited the room and we lost all power. They probably should have removed the lamp if they were having issues, or fixed the issue instead of just unplugging them. Other than this, the room was clean and comfortable.

So the property structure itself was deteriorating. Secondly, when we were picked up at the airport, the receptionist was very rude and expected us to know where to wait for them instead of kindly explaining where pick up was. It then took them about 20 minutes to arrive when property is 7 mins away. When we arrived for check in, the receptionist made a comment about making sure my small children don’t pee in the bed, to which I replied don’t worry my kids are potty trained. That remark was uncalled and unprofessional. We also DID NOT sleep all night due to the street noise, it literally kept me up, pretty much all night. Luckily we only spent the night. Lastly, when we were checking out, the another receptionist was on the phone arguing with another customer instead of placing them on hold and checking us out, instead made us wait 10 mins while she ended the call, by that time there were 3 people waiting.
