Staff was good i.e. prompt shuttle service at SEATAC and check in clerk. Place was clean. My only problem is that somebody was smoking in room 407 and they probably need to de-smoke the room rather than just leave the AC on full blast

Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Check-in was very quick. Bathrooms could use some updating but it was clean and a non issue. They have breakfast in the morning but I was gone before it started. They have coffee available 24 hours a day in the dining area. Vending machines are available with a good selection of drinks and snacks. There is a iHop in the parking lot, too, with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for a quick overnight trip

Great hotel for the price. Quick overnight stay before our cruise. Free hotel shuttle from the airport. Quick and easy. Staff was amazing! They were so good with helping us arrange shuttle service to and from our port. They are so friendly and helpful, not making us feel like we're bothering them. Asked for a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner and they did not disappoint. Took the free hotel shuttle to dinner. Felt safe walking back to the hotel after dinner. WiFi (not using hotel WiFi) was spotty in our room, but that could have been the location of our room. Room was small but comfortable. I didn't pay attention during our booking and booked double beds instead of queens--my mistake.

Was supposed to have a shuttle from the airport.....never showed up and had to spend over $50 on a taxi. Tried calling the hotel and it never went thru. Notified the hotel when we got there and was told the phone was out. No offer was made to re-imburse the taxi charge. Bad customer experience

Would like a variety for breakfast options, it did not change which is problematic if staying several days. Centrally located and comfortable room with a coffee pot, microwave and small fridge. Employees encountered were all friendly.
