Febreze smell was overwhelming to the point of almost being comical. Had a headache the rest of the trip. A couple days later my clothes still smell like whatever spray they were using in the room. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly, room was quiet and clean and bed was ok. Breakfast was standard. Stayed 4 nights. Three car windows were smashed in within those 4 nights in the parking-lot just outside the hotel along the front. Staff refused to let us park in the gated garage and insisted we park outside. Despite all the break ins. On consecutive nights.Even bringing up the fact the smashed window glass was still not even cleaned up yet… firts night it was the vehicle next to mine. Second night i was able to sneak into the gated garage third and fourth night i Paid to park at a nearby gated lot with cameras and ubered to the hotel when they called my room demanding i move my car from their gated garage on the third night. Waking the next morning to see the third vehicle had been broken into.

This property was good value for a night before a flight. Fairly basic but pretty modern and clean, bonus of decent free breakfast. I’d stay here again before a flight. The one thing I’d mention is we booked a King room with sofa bed for 3 people and there was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed (which was also quite basic, like a twin futon, but ok for a child). Front desk person got me a sheet and blanket when I went down to ask for bedding but surprised it wasn’t in room, if not made up, when reserved for 3 ppl.

Worst hotel near SEA

Dahn is a good man. The hotel is unprofessional. Hair in bed. Nails all over the floors. In our 2 days stay, it did not cleaned and vacuumed in the next day. Next day it cleaned the bed. Very irresponsible attitude. Breakfast area is smaller, good for half of the hotel. Breakfast is really bad. Only one waffle maker. No mayo. Scramble eggs daily. Ants are in AC/ heater. Hope you will improve positively.

I tried to check in, the nasty lady at the front desk insisted that I had no reservation. Meanwhile, many kids were running around the lobby screaming without parental control. Later that evening, after I already checked in to the Doubletree down the street - the clerk called me and said they now have my room ready.
