We reserved a room because we wanted our two kiddos to enjoy the pool. I called the hotel the morning of check in and they confirmed that their pool is CLOSED. And they have not been clear about refunding our reserved night. Hotels.com will not help either.

You pay a $17 resort fee for parking/breakfast, which would be ok if the breakfast was better. Cleaning service never came to our room in the 6 days we were there, despite signage saying they would spruce up the room daily (we could’ve asked but by the time we realized it, we had 2 more days - so we just got clean towels and called it a day). The AC/heat doesn’t have an option to leave the fan just running, which is frustrating for noise purposes, because it would be nice to have something to drown out the cars on the street and other guests, etc. Other than that, the staff was nice, the hotel was decent and the rooms are good sized.
