We loved our stay. Even though we booked last minute, the price was great and the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything and an easy walk to the hockey game, which made the night so much easier. Every staff member we talked to was incredibly kind and had great recommendations for bars and food nearby. We were so grateful when they surprised us with early check in, especially since we arrived about five hours early. I was honestly really impressed with this hotel for the price point. Everything felt very clean, updated, and comfortable. The complimentary drink was such a nice touch and a great way to start our evening. The bedding was also amazing, super soft and high quality. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle.

Overall, this was a good experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. There were wonderful, unexpected perks throughout the stay and the parking was easy. However, there were a few things that made the experience less enjoyable. The shower pressure was terrible and the temperature of the shower was just okay. The lighting in the hotel room was also a bit strange because it was fairly dim. Also, the temperature in the room did not seem to match what was stated on the thermostat.
