We had crazy loud upstairs neighbors, but the hotel was able to accommodate us by letting us move rooms. The staff was so polite and the rooms were so clean and comfy.

The room was spacious and quiet. Comfy beds and nice shower. Staff went above and beyond. We told staff ahead of time we were visiting for my son’s birthday and they had the room decorated with balloons and a little gift. The cookies and coffee available in the afternoon was a great daily treat. We would absolutely stay at this location or another StayPineapple location again!

It was quite shocking when the parking charge was $43 per night and an amenities fee of $34 was also added on. We chose this hotel for its relatively cheap price, which turned out to be not so cheap.

Rooms were quiet and clean. We didnt require much from the staff but they were friendly and communicated well at check in. We had a street side room and didnt notice any external noise. I chose the maxwell because its proximity to climate pledge arena which was a 10min walk. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again
