Our bathroom door had a large hole in the bottom from being kicked. There were two knife holes in the refrigerator door. The window curtain was not large enough to cover the entire window, so people could see into our room from one end of the other. The shower head was positioned at no higher than 6 feet which is a problem since my son and I are both over 6'3". The shower curtain itself was angled down so sharply that it didn't cover the bath itself, so our floor was drenched after every shower. The staff, however, was very courteous, so at least that was a positive.
