The room was pleasant and clean. Everything was in good working order and the coffee machine and coffee were good quality. The only thing missing was hand soap- not a big deal. Also the staff were courteous and helpful- facilitated early checkin which allowed me to work in the room prior to my dinner out with friends.

Staff at the front desk were very courteous and even offered some eating suggestions. My room was clean, the water was hot and the ac worked well. There are homeless people all over downtown but I felt safe as I navigated to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to food and major attractions as well as public buses which I used write a bit.No one bothered me. I would definitely stay here again.

Woken up by our neighbors as the walls and floor are so thin, you can hear everything. Also, unnerving to have to walk the gauntlet of homeless people to get to our hotel. Bed seemed like a full size, not a queen. I guess that is the "petite queen".
