We loved this hotel. Will stay again if we ever return. Staff was amazing and so helpful with all of our needs. Its Seattle so lots of homeless and such around in the area but we felt safe they don't bother you and staff goes above and beyond to make you feel safe

Perfect location.
Despite the noise outside, you heard nothing. I slept like a baby. There is a high homeless population in this area but the location is perfect for walking everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again should we find ourselves back in Seattle. ...and the front desk crew was amazing, happy & helpful. Every time we saw them.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They suggested good food options, called us cans, and we're just friendly in general. Our stay was clean, quiet, and comfortabe. 10/10 would stay again.

I absolutely.Loved everything about this property.It had an amazing view on the rooftop.The staff was so friendly. And very informative.would totally stay there again. There were homeless but no one bugged us

The property itself was good. The area though was loaded with homeless people..granted there was security officers patrolling.. just wouldn't imagine such an expensive city being overrun by the homeless..the hotel itself though was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy..but i spend alot of time here because of work so it didnt bother me as much as the first time i came to seattle.
