It was great minus the people on the sidewalks, but that's something they can't control. Very good staff especiallt when lobby is closed in the nighttime. Cleaning deposit seems to be taking a long time to be returned, but besides that the experience was lovely.

Wonderful stay!! Staff was super friendly and informative. Room was clean, super comfortable bed, and quiet. Lots of reviews mentioned the homeless population in the area, and while they were prevalent, I didn’t have any negative interactions. This was something that made me nervous initially as I was a single female traveling alone, but I can honestly say it wasn’t an issue AND I would stay here again!!

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic! Has become one of my favorite places to stay after this trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable and they are super dog friendly. Every single staff I encountered was helpful, nice and caring. Highly recommend!

The hotel was GREAT. They provide many amenities at no extra charge, such as bags of Cheez-It, bicycles with helmets and locks. The property was updated and very clean. The only draw back is the surrounding area. Hopefully over time, the area will be cleaned up and the vagrants will be eliminated.
