The hotel is clean and well maintained. The roof area was a big plus and we really enjoyed it. The staff was phenomenal! Everybody was helpful and so kind. The only downside of our stay was the number of transient people in the immediate area of the property. As soon as you get 1 block up you already feel safer...all in all i would still recommend though.

Our power went out and one person forgot to pass that on to get it fixed. We had to call again to the desk and request a new room. The first room had a cat urine smell and we hoped the second one didn’t but as soon as we got to the new room it was the same smell.

What a fun and convenient location! We only stayed one night, but it was super convenient to access the light rail from Westlake Station and the Clipper ferry at Pier 69. We checked in later in the evening and early in the morning, but it was no problem because the hotel was well staffed at the front desk.

The Belltown itself was great. Coffee in the lobby from 0600. Snacks in room. We were able to check in early, which was awesome.the location is perfect for being walkable to the sites. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We never felt unsafe but uncomfortable.

We were able to drop off our luggage prior to the room being ready. When we got back the luggage was already in the room. So convenient. The Belltown is on walking distance of pike place and the space needle. Rooms include microwave n mini fridge. Comfortable, clean. Perfect for over night stay.

The people there were so incredibly nice to me. They really went above and beyond for me. I was visiting Seattle for my 21st birthday and the hotel I booked previously kicked me out because I wasn’t 21 yet! I turned 21 the next day! I don’t drink anyways so I’m not too sure why they kicked me out. These guys honestly helped me so much. I really appreciate every one of them. They boosted my confidence like crazy! I hope they enjoyed the birthday cake.
