A hidden gem of a hotel. Clean, great staff, beautiful inside lobby. Ice water and coffee available. Room was beautifully appointed, and so clean.

An older building that’s well maintained, this hotel has everything you need and the price per night is reasonable. Free bikes to borrow. Complimentary snacks, coffee and tea in your room. Fresh coffee in the lobby starting at 6 am. Free shuttle to the pier. Definitely a good choice for pre-cruise stay.

It is really close to the cruise terminals, there are a lot of dining options, and it is walkable from the light train. The staff is kind and helpful. The facility is very nice.

Lovely little hotel in scary Seattle

This was a lovely little hotel. The room was absolutely tiny but that was ok - it was clean and comfortable otherwise. We chose this based on cruising from Pier 66. The front desk staff were fantastic and the person they use for pier transports was also great. We were warned though to be careful in the area at night by the front desk as well as by the owner of a nearby dining establishment. They weren't kidding and we would state that we did not feel safe during the day either. We knew Seattle had a drug/homeless problem. They aren't kidding. You can't avoid it - large groups on the sidewalks. Sorry, terrible tragedy but the truth is, it feels very unsafe and very dirty.

Older Charming super well refurbished Hotel. Excellent location walkable all over great restaurants within a block or two. Staff was excellent. No fault of the hotel but in One Direction there was some run-down a little bit homeless area with some vagrants. Pretty typical for a big city just wanted to mention it for those that care about that

There are a lot of homeless people all over Seattle and all the negativity that comes with them. The Hotel itself is old but clean and the staff was very helpful, the room was a nice size.

The room was comfortable but there was a damp smell as if there had been water damage at some point. Also, the AC, while it worked to keep the room very cool, it made a weird noise that kept me awake.
