The water view was to the loading of cruise ships. yes you are on the water but what it tells me is words are thin. What they are telling me is you can see the water so pay. Also not communicate that 60 a night to park car their.

Check in was very smooth and fast. The front desk staff was lukewarm but the bellman Jimmy was outstanding! He really went above and beyond. When he took us to our first room he must have sensed my disappointed and offered to see if there was another room we might like better. Then second room was in a better location. Thanks Jimmy! The room had torn curtains, bird poop on the tiny balcony, and the in room coffee maker didn’t work at all. The restaurant bar was delightful!

Room was large and clean. View was nice. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom large, clean, with a great walkin shower. Early arrival was accommodated, with luggage stored until room was ready. Room was ready and made available much earlier than their usual checkin time. On site bar/restaurant was great.

The whole hotel smelled like exhaust from the nearby cruise port. Had moisturizer in the body wash bottle, stained towels, toilet lid so shallow things dip in the toilet water. Very loud walking all night from above.
