Great location for the convention center or general tourist stuff. I booked it because it has a 24 fitness center (necessary for us early morning East Coasters). The staff were surprisingly nice. The hotel and room were clean and well appointed. Great hotel for a bargain in the area.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I was on the second floor, so there was some street noise. Gym looked dark and cavernous, so I did not use it. But otherwise, I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again. Cafe in the lobby was nice also.

The front desk service is excellent. They were consistently warm and welcoming throughout my 4 day stay. They offered helpful tips to tour Seattle. A big plus is that they provided complimentary water bottles during my stay. The hotel is located a short block away from the Paramount Theater. You can take the light rail to the hotel for $3.

Everything was fine. We did have some plumbing issues that needed attention in our room. The shower head was not fixed in the wall and that needs to be addressed. Maybe I'm just out of date but it didn't feel like a $400 hotel experience to me. Location is great and folks that worked there were friendly.
