The staff was excellent. I received an email prior to arrival offering the option to sign up for early check in and/or late check out. However, I was not offered the option of requesting valet or parking onsite. When we arrived, we were initially told there was no room. While that was ultimately cleared up, it caused stress that I was not expecting. If there is the possibility of parking onsite being unavailable, that should be made clear at time of reservation.

Could be better.

The hotel is in a great location for the convention centre. The rooms are a good size but there are some annoying things. The Air Conditioner is loud. The mattresses have grooves in them so anyone lying in the middle of the bed will eventually roll into one of the grooves. The shower pressure isn't very strong. The front desk staff were welcoming and happy to help.

Valet didn’t offer to help with our bags, was surly when we asked him not to leave our car unlocked and unattended on a downtown Seattle street. We unloaded and schlepped our bags to the room ourselves. Not a great way to start our stay after a long drive! Otherwise, nice room etc.
