We left for the afternoon and came back to our room door latch out and our door open. When we called they said they would send someone up. They never did. Staff didnt care, we left the next morning and stayed at a different hotel. Very disaapointed!

The room was nice, i really loved their toiletries. The bed was comfy, not one of those memory foam beds.Breakfast at the cafe was good, the omelet station was amazing. Not a fan of the parking garage, we have a big truck, opt for a smaller vehicle if possible.

Came back here to stay and staff wouldn't help us at all because we did not have the hotel's confirmation number, only hotels.com. I will be disputing this

Central hotel, handy for cruise stays

Great size bedroom. Huge tv. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Childs crib was brilliant but very deep if you are short. Wifi was good. Staff friendly. Pool didnt seem like it was heated. But very quiet to enjoy. $15pp shuttle bus to cruise terminal, which was brilliant.

Baseball trip

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff that helped me check in was new I think. I had to call and find out what my room number was. She missed a digit on the key envelope. She also didn’t give me directions on where to go to get the elevator. Other than that, it was a great experience! Definitely walkable to T-Mobile Park and Pikes Market Place.
