I ordered food in my room for pickup but I never got a notification to pick it up and when I went down to go pick up my food, there were no one to help me until a female front desk member came out to help. When she asked a male bar worker, he said that he clocked out and he was very unwilling to help. Luckily the female worker was able to locate my food, however it was cold by the time I picked it up… there should be nicer members working in the restaurant/food department, willing to help customers!
