Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff, it is an older hotel but they have made it awesome with a fountain and sitting area in the front, complimentary coffee and a breakfast bag. It was quiet and we slept great. Walking distance to all we wanted to do in the city- Pike Market, Space Needle, and a sunset cruise. We highly recommend Petra Mediterranean restaurant. Huge delicious portions great for sharing! We would LOvE to come back.

Very bad experience! We had three rooms and stayed there awaiting an Alaska Cruise. The property was extremely run down and poor maintenance. Shower tile falling off, holes in the shower that were poorly patched. had no water pressure at all and took forever to rinse my hair. Also the water was very very hot and I could not get the cold water to come on at all. Burned your skin. Property needs condemned and re done. After paying way too much for the hotel, we had to pay for parking! Ridiculous! Needs new carpet, Hotel needed painted and walls repaired. Smelly. It felt very unsafe. Windows were old and not safe for anyone leaning up to them or even touching them such as little kids. Staff were very nice which was the only good thing. The hotel guests were making comments in the same manner as I passed them in the hall. Thank God only one night there. Very misled on line booking with the ;pictures. I feel like reporting the place to the health department for inspection. Needs torn down! Only being truthful. THE WYNDAM NAME SHOULD BE EMBARRASED TO BE ATTACHED TO THAT PLACE..

This hotel was average it was a bit outdated. The AC was having a hard time keeping up and the hallway seemed to have fans drying the carpet probably due a water leak. It had an old musty smell and the shower stall was super tiny. It was perfect for a quick night stay during our roadtrip and was located close to the Space Needle.

We had a nice stay here. The staff was very helpful with everything, especially when we had to figure out how to go to urgent care with our child at 11 pm. We were warned at the airport that this area was sketchy but when we arrived and had to be out until 1 am in the area it was really pleasant, clean, and felt safe. In the morning it was easy to walk to the light rail to get to the airport.

The listing advertised that laundry facilities were included, and this was a key consideration in my booking choice. Staff told me that there was NO LAUNDRY available and I would have to drive to a laundry place 15 minutes away.

I had a short stay, the staff was friendly and nice. The building could do with dome upgrades and remodeling in areas. It was in an area with allow us to walk to the attractions and close driving distance for restaurants.
