The hotel is a little dated. The beers offered at the bar were very limited, they should have a true west coast IPA. The are several Seattle based WC IPAs that are very good, we ended up only going to the bar once (1st day) during our 5 day stay because of the limited selection.

Hotel was amazing lots of places within walking distance. Only downsides we found was the bath tubs don’t have plugs so you can’t have baths not the biggest issue, no room service & restaurant was hard to reach to order and pick up food. Some hotels have vending machines for snacks and drinks for convenience really wish they had that here, Google mentioned they had some in the basement but we discovered that it wasn’t true. Other than those small little things the hotel was quite nice

Check in was chaotic and we still are waiting for our deposit to return (a week later!!) but the overall stay was pleasant and it’s in a great location convenient to Pike Market and the waterfront and close to the Space Needle! Nice pool, too

Pool was cold, unfortunately had some unpleasant people sharing the hot tub. Staff was great, especially the waitress in the restaurant. I think her name was Trish. Absolutely wonderful company at the restaurant.
