Front desk clerk nice but man at Bistro, nope

Front desk clerk was nice however the gentleman at the bistro was not friendly at all! To us or to our friends who ordered breakfast there too

It did not seem like there were many food options nearby so I stuck with the restaurant there which opened at 5 pm. The server was very helpful to let me order slightly off menu. I was confused by the pickup shuttle, waited for quite a while before finally calling the hotel (wished the website was more informative about the pickup process) and learned a vehicle was nearby. All of the courtesy phones were out of order which was unfortunate as I only have a non US cell phone and had to pay international rates for a simple call. The hotel was quite nice and new.

I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. It was very cold, and many hotels made several pick ups during my wait. For that reason, I would not book with them again. The front desk was very nice, and the room was fine.

The 1st floor actually sounded like a Frat house party all night. Also doors leading to the stairwell banged into their own frames, so all night we were woken up from slamming doors. Not a good experience!

Nice people, convenient for access to airport with shuttle every 30 min. Dinner was tasty. Server for dinner and bar was fantastic! Only decaffeinated coffee in the room. Friend had to pay for coffee in lobby. No breakfast items offered without purchase. Clean & no problems.
