My wife and I have stayed at this hotel about four times now. It's always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Although the last time we stayed I asked for a room change right after check-in. The initial room given to us had a large unsightly stain next to the bed and a strange strawberry smell. The front desk quickly changed our room and everything went smoothly the rest of our stay. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. They have coffee and tea available all day.

The staff were fine, the building was fine - but a couple things are going downhill. The linens on our beds were sub-par - very thin and "pilly" sheets. I know it's Florida - but this is the first time I've had roaches in our room. Not enough for me to never stay at LaQuinta again - but hopefully these issues won't be repeated.
