Says soundproofed rooms my ass. Could hear the woman next door sneezing and somone above playing music loud enough to keep me awake all night. Not to mentions the stains all over the bathroom and popcorn ceiling flaking all over.

I have tried to call the front desk 1 million times for my cell phone to let them know I was gonna be a few minutes behind for check-in. No one ever answered the phone. I arrived at the property. Everything seemed fine until now. The toilet will not flush I have went to the office. There was no one in there. I have tried to use the phone in the room. The phone in the room does not work. This is ridiculous so much more I could say and I usually don’t complain.

Rude staff

Floors felt sticky and there was mold on the roof. The bed sagged really bad in the middle and felt like I was being folded in half. Check out is 11am but I was sleeping at 8:20am and the staff just opened the door and walked in. No apologies or anything. They did it again at 9:30am while I was getting dressed. No knock or announcement. When I said something she said the room says vacant however, they should have known it wasn’t vacant when they barged in at 8:20am

Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The door to my room didn’t lock properly, and there was a creepy door in the middle of the rooms. After a long drive, we found out that there was no water for a shower. The photos online were misleading, and if we could give this hotel zero stars, we absolutely would.
