It was very nice I came up here for one night to spend with my family here in Sebring and it seems like I always come back to this hotel it's convenient it's budget friendly and I know what to expect very quiet here last night and this morning I was very happy with my stay

The hotel is very dirty and outdated. And it also smell funny too. It's definitely what is not advertised on the Internet. I do not recommend this hotel. The front desk girl Maria was very helpful with my refund. Which took a long time to accomplished because their phones don't work on. Expedia was unable to get in contact with them to cancel my reservation. The representative had to email Maria at the front desk in order for her to be able to cancel my reservations and give me my money back. Even though the manager knew the phones were not working because they plugged it out, she still informed me to have Expedia call to give them the OK to refund me the money. Luckily I stayed around the hotel while looking for a new one. Otherwise there was no way I would've gotten my money back because they had the phones plugged out. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone. Spend a little more and get something better. I felt unsafe and it was very dirty and smelly.

Upon arrival I walked into a dark room that just felt off, looked like a worn down version of the pictures on the site. I went out to dinner, came back and upon inspection I found they were bed bugs and a roach. I immediately took the keys and went back to the front desk to check out. Management was cordial about it but refused a refund, so lesson learned. Couldn't recommend this place less and if you do book it, make sure you book it as refundable in case you run into the same issues I encountered.

Stayed here for one night and will never stay again. Property was just a motel, room super basic and cable had just 3 analog channels. Had a small dog barking next to me all night and front office could not do anything. Lots of people running outside at late nights and whole surrounding area was shady. Do not stay here.

This place was horrible. I can NOT believe Expedia has this on their website. Not only was there the smell of Weed everywhere, there were homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Top it off with the flip lock was torn off and dirty bathroom. We arrived late and checked oit early. Front desk would not refund our extra night. Worst hotel i havecstayed at in over 20 years..

Didn't like the weak breakfast. Only eggs, waffles and cereal. Sometimes we waited 20 minutes to make a waffle because not so courteous guests, would stand at the machine and make 3 waffles and then walk out with them. There are pot holes in the parking lot.

One of the beds the springs was completely shot I kept tossing and turning while I was trying to sleep I couldn't really get any sleep because people were making noise outside playing loud music and from the looks of it it looks like there's a lot of moisture in the ceilings which may be mold I don't know I can't see underneath the paint I don't mean to talk I normally never do it I just keep quiet but unfortunately I was not happy with any of this but the (front desk staff were the most polite and kind people I've met I'll be honest about that).
