For $600.00/night breakfast should be included. I waited to be seated for breakfast. No-one came, so I assumed I needed to seat myself. Had to beg someone for a menu. Had to beg someone to take my order. Had to beg someone for the bill ($16.00 for yogurt with granola) Waited 20 minutes for the bill, it never came. Building & walkways are in disrepair. Rooms need repainting. I will not be recommending this hotel. Lobby staff was courteous and friendly.

A very nice room. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. I’m not sure it justifies the very high price point per night. Also the room beside me left out their breakfast which sat in the hallway for 8 hours before being taken away.

Common areas at this property are beautiful, but rooms were basic and not consistent with price. We had several room issues and management did try to compensate us. However, this hotel fell significantly short of what one would expect of a very expensive, “luxury” resort.

Perfect place for exploring the Sadona area. Staff was awesome, dining option on location were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We experienced the spa services at the hotel and that was very nice. Recommend booking in advance.

we had a terrible experience, the room was permanent noisy. Maintenance affirmed that it was the hotel's heather and there was no solution. When we requested another room the manager told us "that lately former guest have not complaint about the noise" and that everything was fully booked in our category. besides the noise I believed the hotel is overpriced for what they offer

The location was very nice, particularly in proximity to the attractions of the mountains, dining options and excursion offices. Most staff were pleasant and helpful, especially those in the restaurant and there was a female front desk person (possibly manager) who did try to make amends to some of the confusion we experienced.
