It is a nice property. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I really liked the breakfast area with the landscaping, fire pit, and access to a small dog area if it is needed. Amenities are nice.

Bad services

The room AC did not work. The room was very hot until the mid-night weather temperature went down. The front desk lady said all rooms with two double beds were sold out. We checked in at 9:15 pm. We had to accept it because my 9 years old son already slept in car. The carpet was dirty too. We won’t recommend this hotel to any one.

Great stay in Sedona

Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast has cold sausages and a but uncooked pastry, and very congested if large groups are there at the same time. Overall good place to stay.

Great facilities and vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for families. Communal firepit area. Fantastic shared lounge room which was clean, modern and spacious. Loved the massage chairs! And quality options for breakfast (much nicer than other accommodations - the chocolate muffins were SO good). Definitely recommend.

This hotel was not what we expected by a long shot. While the staff was friendly and professional, the hotel is dated, small, tired and worn. It is nowhere close to what is depicted on the website. Upon arriving and for the first 24° of our 6 day stay the 3rd floor hallway, where our room was located, was being painted. The strong smell of paint was awful! The night we arrived the toilet didn't flush. The staff was responsive and came up immediately but left the bathroom floor wet even after using the only bath mat to lay on top of the puddle. I think I was most offended by the fact that while we paid over $300/night for a reserved stay of 6 nights we were informed at checkin that the hotel does not offer daily maid service or sheets. If we needed clean towels we were welcome to come to the front desk. They did not even empty the garbage. REMEMBER $319 per night X 6 nights!!! After 3 days we tipped the 3rd floor housekeeper generously and she graciously took care of our room. Look, if the property isn't the best, small and old perhaps? They should make up for it with stellar service and amenities. I would love to return to Sedona but have no interest in this property whatsoever. Buyer beware.
