My wife and I have truly enjoyed this property. Even our pup had an amazing time in the designated dog area. To me... The listing said it was a VIP stay, although I did not see any perks during check-in like I've experienced at other hotels.

This is a beautiful, very well-maintained property that I'd highly recommend if you are visiting Sedona. I want to note their exceptional customer service. We arrived later in the day, and upon seeing that we were waiting behind a customer, the Concierge Brett offered to help us check in. I had made a mistake in booking my room (I booked the accessible room accidentally), and he was so kind, efficient, and professional in the way he helped us. He went above and beyond and was SUPER pleasant! It was refreshing and such a welcoming experience. Also, the breakfast in the morning is excellent, and the amenities in the room are perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and felt like I was at home away from home.

Great spot!
Great location and plenty of things to check out nearby and within the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Some cons, the pillows were small and didn’t have much support. They had bottle of regular sized hand soap and lotion, but would be charged $30 to use so we went out and bought our own hand soap that was way cheaper. Some pros, their lobby has a filtered water dispenser which was amazing to be able to refill our water bottles when we were going out for the day. They have a short trail on the property that leads up to a couple of spots with chairs. Provided beautiful mountain views. We were provided with a weekly schedule of activities offered. We got to play Mario karts and interact with a couple of other guests. They also offered live music in a designated area. Their on site restaurant, Mole, was convenient for a quickly bite and drinks. Overall it was a great location with great service!

We had to eat our breakfast outside on their deck in 39 degree weather. Inside seating was very limited to only 10 tables, some of which had only 1 or 2 people at the table. There were an equal number of folks that had to eat outside, as we did. The outside heaters offered no value. Our breakfast time was at 7:30 AM. The food was good, but it got cold after a few minutes outside.

Beds were very comfortable. Toilet was dirty when we arrived, had to call for it to be cleaned. Had to call for supplies not restocked by housekeeper twice during our stay. Breakfast was excellent but larger room needed to accommodate guests as we had to either eat out in the cold or take breakfast back to our room due to limited seating capacity.
