I would say everything the view of the red rocks from my room. The short walk to the downtown area. Breakfast was very good as well. But most was the staff and there willingness to go beyond there duties.

It was so different than the photos online. Seems like they get people with online marketing. So old features of hotel with one sink for coffee machine and wash, separate from the bathroom. The breakfast was so bad, serving on the disposable plates. The staff had little interest in greeting. Overall it was the worst experience that I ever had and I'm an experienced traveler for long time.

We loved our stay at the Arabella! Great room, nice pools and hot tubs. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful! Views were incredible. We took advantage of night-time stargazing and loved it. So many other activities on site that we didn’t even get to try. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place. If you’re not happy here, you just can’t be happy. We loved the breakfast each morning and the comfortable atmosphere provided by the staff. The balcony and seating was extra special. Star gazing was perfect from this location

It would be better to give 2nd floor rooms to people who have pets. Because they were walking around middle of night, it was hard to go to sleep because of sounds from floor. Otherwise everything was good.
