The staff were generally nice. However, I found Geoff not very helpful and friendly. Overall, good experience. I just did not like the fact that there was no microwave and the in-room coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the washing basin and did not work. There is room for that in the lounge area.

Arabella is so conveniently located near central Sedona. We had a courtyard room which was a short walk from the breakfast area (wonderful). They also had live entertainment in the courtyard most evenings we were there. Nice to sit on our private patio and listen to the music.

I was greeted warmly, however the desk clerk didn't give me instructions on where to find my room, I had to ask. When i asked if pets in strollers were allowed in the restaurant - he didn't know that either. I had to ask him to call the restaurant to find out. At the complimentary breakfast, I was told to eat outside w my pet (I was eating indoors) but people w/o pets had occupied all tables. If you're going to have a pet friendly place then allow pet owners to take their pet w them everywhere they'd like to enjoy as long as that pet is in a secure stroller imo.

It was a nice property. They would text you events that were happening that day - love music, meditation, etc.
Hike a bit up and you can watch the mountain range turn a bright red at sunset.

Absolutely amazing from check in on! We ate at the Mole Restaurant adjacent to the Hotel Friday night & was delicious, highly recommended! Hotel had absolutely everything we needed! Walking distance to Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping area. Live entertainment, pools, hot tubs, continental breakfast was BOUNTIFUL! Free refreshments in the lobby, games & a small shop for essentials left behind. We ABSOLUTELY will be back!
