Beautiful location! While the decor was a little dated the property was clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful on things in the area. Would recommend staying here without hesitation!

Ive stayed here a few times over 10 yrs. This hotel is dated which appearance doesnt really matter but the mattress was over worn and uncomfortable. The furniture was as well.

Room furniture outdated, tv quit working at 9 pm and half the lights in the room turned off. We called the front desk and no response to the room to explain. Outdoor heated pool was not working. Way overpriced for what we got. When we mentioned all this upon checkout there was little to no apology.

The staff was more than friendly and helpful. They made everything very easy, and having free parking right in front of our building was extremely nice! Definitely will stay there again in the future!

My booking from Expedia didn't showed up in Hotel's reservation systems. I had to wait for around 45 minutes. After waiting for a resolution on a snowy day, they said they sold out all the rooms with the type I booked and I had to do new booking from property's reservation system which costed expensive.

Staff are amazing. After we checked in we decided to stay an additional night. Ruddy, Joey and Jason worked together to keep us in the same room. Totally awesome. Room is clean and fully stocked with dishes etc. all you need. Cozy and nicely furnished. They recommended a great Mexican rest 5 min away. Tartas del fuego. Excellent margaritas and tacos. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms ate clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool area is great. Only downfall is the marketing lady at checkin that tries to get you to attend a Hilton Sales meeting for 90 meetings. She was hard to get away from.

The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. Both were warm enough to use during the light March snowfall in Sedona. The room decor is a little bit dated but the rooms themselves are huge, and the kitchen was a welcome bonus travelling with kids. Also - the free guest laundry was a relief at the end of our trip. The view of Bell Rock was a stunning bonus and the hotel was located super close to the trailhead. Would definitely stay here again.
