The dresser drawers kept opening up by themselves. I thought we had a poltergeist. Staff was very helpful. Property was beautiful peaceful will definitely stay there again.

The staff were extremely accommodating. We had a door issue that was quickly resolved. The text communication was awesome. Our room opened right out to the pool area, which was amazing! Will definitely be back!

I like that there were different buildings so everyone wasn’t in the same area. There are two pools which is good since the pools were popular. Maintenance responded immediately when I had an issue with the tv. The hotel is outside of Sedona but in an area with great restaurants and a lot less traffic. The grounds are clean and other guests were respectful!

We have stayed a several upscale properties… BUT… Bell Rock Inn was amazing!!! From the moment we entered our studio we were awed!!! From the nice size fridge to the mini dishwasher… to all the kitchen accessories… As well as the perfect amount of bathroom toiletries and extra towels… I could go on and on… by far this has been the best… we felt right at home… definitely… We will be back!!!! 5 starts to all!!! Maria and Rene Salas celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary as well as my birthday!!!

The staff was super welcoming and attentive. They did a great job of greeting us, letting us check in early and keeping in touch about updates. They even gave us a complimentary gift when we told them we were there to celebrate a milestone birthday for a relative! (90). Highly recommend - and we will be back!
