Nice big room, even though it was two floors, a bit hard for my husband to negotiate the stairs up and down. The blinds in the living room wouldn’t go up, so it felt like a dungeon. Housekeeping clamped the blinds up but we couldn’t switch rooms because the hotel was full.

It was a very convenient for our 2 night stay given we only went to shower and sleep. Spent the days doing outdoor activities. Close to everything we planned to do. Room was clean with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Reasonable price and nice staff. If you are planning to do a lot of outdoor activities and spend little time at the hotel, this will be a perfect option

Enjoyed the stay. The furniture in our suite was a little worn could use an update. An oven or even air frier would have been handy. Overall tho was good. Tasty keurig pods for coffee in the main lobby.

The staff were kind, helpful and generous with their time. The room was ideal for me - a perfect home base for all my planned activities. The area is simply beautiful with easy access to wonderful culinary experiences. I also found a couple of wineries that truly surprised me with some gorgeous and unexpected wines.

The location was fantastic for walking to Bell Rock, which I loved. However, my swimsuit was bleached from the hot tub, and I requested a refund to cover the cost of replacing it. Unfortunately, they only refunded the service fee, which didn’t cover the swimsuit. They also offered me a gift certificate, but I preferred a cash refund. As of now, I still haven’t received a full refund for my swimsuit.
