The lady at the front seat was amazing. But the room wasn’t cleaned all the way. It still had stuff in the fridge, and the cabinet. The safe was locked and unusable.

This place offers a great view of the Red Rocks in Sedona. Beside that , it is nothing special. We stayed there 20 years ago and nothing has changed except the price and the customer service has gone down. The rooms are very dated. They also try to hustle you in paying more for checking in an hour early!

Perfect location for all the shopping

Parking is limited, not enough spots for the amount of rooms. Best free breakfast I've ever had with many options. Views towards the rocks are amazing. Rooms were clean and bedding was very comfortable. Directly in the shopping district.

This hotel has a great view of the Mount in Sedona. Otherwise it’s an old hotel that needs updating. I would not recommend it from the amount of money that you have to spend to stay there.

Property was great, has a beautiful Mountain View, 2 pools, a sauna, steam room, pool tables and game room. Hotel offered breakfast, which was great for my family to fuel up before taking on the day. Hotel was next to all the shopping and dinning in Sedona, 10 minutes from Slide Roxk and 20 from Cathedral Rock. Having to ask to have pool towels replaced was a little annoying, I wish they would have an area where you can grab fresh ones yourself.

3 Days in the Red Rocks

Family vacation to see all the red rocks and we really enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and game room. Breakfast was very tasty and a good variety of food. The bed was very comfortable if you like a soft bed (which I do) like sleeping on a cloud. All staff we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. We had the red rock view room and the time spent in the morning on the balcony was very nice. We’re from the East Coast so I wanted to take in ALL of the Sedona sites. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and very cute town (Uptown Sedona). This hotel is a great location, close to Slide Rock State Park and the view from Airport Mesa Vortex was breathtaking. Close to lots of trails. Fay Canyon and others.

If you value quiet for sleep don’t come here

Great location but that’s where it stops. Room was very dated and the air conditioning unit sounded like a rock launching everytime it came on. No sleep.

My family and I left on July 27th at 7am and returned at 10pm the same day and the beds had not been cleaned or changed, sheets, towels, etc. That was terrible, we expected to arrive to a clean and tidy place after a long day of excursion.

Beautiful view. Old wornout carpeting, the bathroom tiles and grout look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Patio light bulb was burned out so we couldn't sit outside, it was too dark. Got charged for early check-in even though the room was ready. Never was told about the parking fee until I was ready to check out. Not worth the amount that they charge for the room.
