Overall this hotel was gorgeous & views were amazing!! We had one of the only rooms with absolutely no view & wished we would of been told this because I would of asked to switch. Patio mead really pretty & firepits we’re nice!

We were disappointed when we walked into our room paying nearly $500 for a room without a view. In our reservation description it said view. The only view was to look out our door or the window next to it into the parking area. Misleading. It was my birthday trip and we usually stay at Junipine but wanted to stay closer to town this time. The drinks were waaaay too strong at the bar and the bartenders were constantly complaining. So sad to see a staff that all could use some training in hospitality.. the only blessing was Patrick Ki. His music was beautiful and his soul was kind.

Nice hotel but a little over priced. Parking is 35.00 a night and breakfast is extra. Small buffet, no real restaurant on site. Views are amazing. Think you can get better value to your money elsewhere…just my view.

I expect better for the price
We paid extra for a room with a view and we’re given a room with no view. The photos showed Mountain View’s, the view we had was of the parking lot and maintenance building. The front desk never answered the phone so we had to walk to the front desk whenever anything was needed. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and when we asked hotel staff if they could bring a new one, or send someone to repair it, they wouldn’t. The room was minimally decorated and the smoke detector had a bright light that flashed every 6 seconds which was very disruptive at night.
