Hidden Parking Fee

Hotel was nice, seemed clean and comfortable. However, I didn’t like the hidden parking fees; $25 per a day. On the website it said parking available; I chose this hotel to save a few bucks and it turns out it was the same cost as a few of the more pricey options. On the page it literally said the price you pay was X dollars for so many nights. Turns out you will be paying for parking also which seems very misleading. See picture attached. Also if there was a free option to park, even if I had to walk a little, I would have taken it. But there was no other option.

Very limited information if you want to travel around, the don’t have a concierge the whole week to assist you with tours or car rentals… 0 information about ANYTHING! I had to do it and unfortunately we missed magical places in Sedona since it took us 4 hours to find a ride to be around and going to the Grand Canyon. Very frustrating experience for me and my guests.
