What you expect from a well maintained Courtyard. Lovely viewing deck on the 3rd floor with great mountain views. A few minutes drive into uptown Sedona.

My personal opinion the price was to high for the room I got plus they made pay for the parking spot extra money per day the location is far away from the main drag, they need to remodel the rooms. The outside of the hotel was nice.

When we arrived the floors were still dirty. It didnt look like the carpet was vacuumed and one of the coffee cups was outta the wrapper. The next day no one had informed us that marriot doesn’t do room service everyday and when we arrived after a long day our room was still how we left it. I would expect our rooms to being made after we paid so much for this hotel compared to the other hotels that we stayed at during this trip.
