Beautiful property on the edge of the city. Very friendly and good staff. I was very happy that this hotel does not have the usual scent pumped into Marriott properties. I usually go into the lobby using a mask since I have asthma which is triggered by this scent. I choose Courtyards because the air quality of the rooms is excellent despite the fact the lobby usually has a smell.

The property was fine although I would not consider the small open bar-type space a café an in-house restaurant or bistro. We were told the hours for breakfast, but the next morning found it was only a few selections of unappetizing bread and a small selection of fruits. It was billed as a "continental" breakfast but was no where near what we was offered in less expensive hotels. To top it off we weretheninformed(For example: in Norway we stayed at similar hotels for basically the same cost that offered wonderful buffets of fresh fruit, pastries meats and eggs made to order for free.) I

Food and drinks were overpriced and I was very surprised to be charged $25.00 for parking at a hotel that provided standard parking and had I know that I would have picked a different hotel based on the high added cost.

OH, MY GOODNESS! What a lovely town: plenty of sights to see while driving, and plenty of window-shopping (and buying) to be done! The Courtyard by Marriott was terrific as it was NOT in the main part of town, so was much quieter. It’s an easy drive to the historic shopping area and the plethora of restaurants. Our room was most pleasant - and we do look forward to a repeat visit!

The staff was terrible! The receptionist Nickolas was very rude when I requested my check out. The manager Amber was very rude when I asked to accommodate my earlier departure. I stayed two nights and mu room was not cleaned at all. Horrible experience. I had to call Corporate Marriott to complain but I have never been so mistreated in my life by a hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite, especially at the bistro. The pool is great, the rooftop terrace is amazing, the location is very convenient and close to everything in Sedona. The rates are a little bit too expensive and it is a shame that they ask a fee for the parking.

Doors slam so loud at all hours it’s hard to sleep. If you’re on first floor….people are super loud above you. Mini fridge smelled. Grounds gardeners were there in the am and it was loud as well. Could not relax with coffee outside. Plus no food service from 10-4 and no outside food/drinks from 8-6? We left a day early due to all our issues.
