Stunning views and convenient access to popular trailheads. Grounds are well maintained. Check in was good. Concierge was very responsive and helpful. All that said, the experience was disappointing and certainly not worth the price paid. Rooms and bathrooms outdated. Walls very thin, as we heard every word spoken in adjacent casita. Coffee machine in the room, but no cups or mugs? Housekeeping showed up after 4pm each day while we were trying to shower/dress for dinner. TV old with no streaming platforms available. Dining experience was good, but only two restaurants with higher than average resort pricing. We will not return.

Lovely weekend with friends. Restaurant brought out a dessert they said Happy Birthday even though it was our anniversary. They later put rose petals in our room. They certainly did their best.

this place is pure magic, the only problem we had was the lack of staff available at the concierge. Our group had to make multiple calls just to get a live person, most calls went to voicemail. It was rather frustrating, and quite surprising given how courteous the restaurant and grounds staff were. For the price you're paying, the expectation is that they would not be understaffed.

At this price point, service should be perfect. It was not. While staff was, with only one exception, very friendly, it lacks leadership. When I arrived, I waited 20 min for the bellhop. The next day I was out until 4:30. No room service yet. Underwhelming. At 5:30, they came. Kinda pointless just before dinner followed by bedtime. At 6 I tried to get a table for one. I was told 75 min. I had not been warned that reservations were needed or given other options like the bar or in-room. I head to the bar. I'm the only customer. The bartender is in a tizzy and doesn't even acknowledge me. Another couple sits at the bar. He is surly. Hisses that he's the only one there and it'll be 20 min. Wow! On so many levels. A 3rd couple comes in and gets the same treatment. They want to watch Sunday Night Football instead of the infomercial that was playing. He says they can watch whatever they want and thrusts the remote at them. Eventually, both parties get drinks. Bartender never looked at me. I'm amused at this point. All the staff is afraid of the bartender and they're all under 25. Finally get a table. Order a drink. 2 other tables are seated after me and get drinks and food before either of mine arrive. Then we hear they are no longer serving cocktails. The bartender was fired on the spot. The table next to me says the bartender at the pool was fired on the spot the day before. Life happens, but no apology, drinks on the house or refund. No customer service long view.

The absolute best location in Sedona if you want easy access to hiking trails. The staff is attentive and kind. Our room was overall wonderful except that there was very minimal soundproofing between our casita and the next room. We could hear complete conversations through the connector door. Otherwise, will definitely stay here on our next Sedona vacation.

Beautiful resort in Sedona. Very clean. I think my only complaint is they needed more employees to take care of guests during the busy season. The employees were all very nice but more employees are needed.

Absolutely stunning property, it’s spread out and away from the town - so relaxing! The pool can’t be beat, the views are unreal. Staff is extremely friendly and will get you anything requested. The casitas are cute and charming, beds are comfortable. Lots of food options onsite but get a reservation ahead of time - fills way in advance. Would stay again!

This is a beautifully situated resort surrounded by stunning high walls of red rocks. We hiked each day and had spa treatments at Mii Amo every day. Thoroughly relaxing. Afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool.

This place is amazing! We loved pretty much everything about it. The staff at the trail house was great, helping us find hikes nearby and some that are accessible right from the property. The surrounding views are breathtaking. Our room was large and the beds were super comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

Unequivocally, a lovely resort in a magnificent location. Great food at all restaurants. Convenient coffee shop. However, we had exceptionally slow service at the Che ah Che restaurant with over 70 minutes wait between our starter and entree. We complained to the maitre d and the food immediately appeared, although we were no longer hungry and falling asleep by this time. Additionally, despite the beautiful location and outstanding views, we would not have booked at the resort if we had known that we would have only a very noisy fold-out bed in our suite. If we want to hear the sound elephants bouncing on a rusty trampoline, we will go to the zoo not pay $600 per night!!
