The room inside was clean but a bit rundown, we were not able to sleep the two nights we stayed due to an issue the room had with a smoke detector alarm malfunction it would beep the whole night we asked for a new room after the first night we experienced the issue they brought in a technician and then the issue returned with the beeping they brought in another technician and it temporarily resolved the issue it later returned at 12 am the nonstop beeping if they would of changed us to another room it would of been a pleasant experience.

It was ok. Looks like independently owned apartments which makes the quality of each hit and miss. We received a dud one which looked nothing like the picture. The pool was not available for use during the stay but they did provide an alternative around an 8 minute drive away. Great staff and service. General facilities if you disregard the pool were ok with a games room and common lounge. Overall ok.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable. Near all the historic old towns in the area and Sedona. The room had a kitchen, dining area, living room area and a separate bedroom. Free washer and dryer on property, pool and hot tub. Will stay there again if ever in the area. Thank you.

Room was upstairs with no elevator. Room itself was very nice with full kitchen, dining, living room bedroom and very nice sized bath with plenty of towels. Balcony had table and chairs and a nice view. Unfortunately pool deck was under construction with lots of dust and noise. On-site free laundry was convenient. Our room keys quit working the third afternoon but they brought us new ones. We would recommend. Pool construction will end soon then it will be a 10

The property had wonderful amneities especially for the price. The room was large, clean and well stocked. It was a great location to stay to enjoy Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and Sedona and if you stay here make sure to check out Brewha in Cornville. The only negative is they do try to talk you into attending a timeshare meeting in exchange for discounts on local activities, which we declined.

Comfortable condo like living

If you want to stay in a homey place with full kitchen and a comfortable bed this is a great spot. It’s also situated on a golf course which is great for a lot of people. However, the gym is incredibly rundown. Like so many places it’s one of the few things they don’t keep up. The furniture is outdated, but the bed is very comfortable.
