The property was dingy and run down. Mops in hallways. Cleaning carts blocking halls. Overall the fit and finish was not what we expected for $350 to $400 per night rooms.

Pros- the property is in the middle of shopping and busy streets. The area is safe. The Breakfast menu is good and delicious. Although it's all the same in 4 days we stayed, the foidis still good. The room is clean. Cons- the rooms are not that sound proof because you can hear the doors are close and the people talking on the hallway. Our bathroom toilet is not working good. The exhaust is noisy too. The room is not spacious. And the most annoying is the parking fees.

The hotel covers the important check boxes clean rooms, quiet and a good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had some unpleasant smells and the hallways, especially the carpet where kind of nasty. Asking to pay for parking, out us off as it was not mentioned during reservation. Next time we would probably spend a bit more for a nicer place.

Near some dining options Lobby was tiny and noisy - Check was smooth but was not asked if I had a car (which I did not) but on checkout was charged anyway. Refund requested and provided but the refund did not include tax so was still out some money. Charging for parking at this location seems odd compared to other similar places we have stayed. The hotel is dated and cramped.
