This place is awesome. It’s so well maintained and literally has everything you need to chill in the condo, bring your groceries and get ready to have the most relaxing time ever. The tub, fireplace, and two balconies were our favorites.

Sedona dream location

Great location, facilities, room was newly decorated and had everything you could need. Room had a fireplace and a balcony to watch the sun set on the Sedona Red rocks. Central to uptown Sedona. Highly recommend. Staff were super helpful upon check in, Sierra spent time to understand what we wanted to do in Sedona and suggestions on what to see and do. Check out was also simple and efficient.

Excellent location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Very helpful check-in staff. The room was an efficiency villa with a patio but very little natural light. The room was dark and very outdated. All of the charging outlets didn't work, broken tile and fixtures in the bathroom, extremely small kitchen counter with no dishwasher or cutlery. There were contractors working on the premises and it appeared that other units were under renovation. Location is excellent and the resort would be most desirable if the rooms were updated.

I loved the property, great location , easy access in/out , property staff were amazing especially “Donald” on check in would definitely recommend it to potential guests ! Hyatt vacation property are my go to … from this day on , cannot speak more highly of the Sedona property!

Front desk check in was easy, and super polite. Riombwad very nice and clean. Couldn’t locate ice machine but we could have called to find out ourselves. Only stayed one night but would come back someday and stay here again only longer.

The reception staff member was excellent, especially working on Dec 25th. A very different story with a different staff member during check-out on Dec 26th. In one of our rooms, there was a problem with a blocked toilet, which someone came to clear (more than once). When checking out, I was expecting an apology, but I faced an indignant staff member who just said "we know". I was very disappointed, especially since I was not going to ask for compensation -- just understanding. Otherwise, the stay would have been excellent.
