Nice staff, except for the sales pitch

The staff was very nice but we were pounced upon in the lobby, before we had even gone to our room by a very aggressive sales pitch --- terrible first impression. The buildings do not appear to be sounds proof at all ... the noise from other rooms made it difficult to sleep, we tried moving to another room but it was still very bad.

In a great location with lots of areas walkable. The pool area is very nice. We should have taken advantage of some of the activities. Had a two bedroom (it's basically hotel rooms but together) and was so nice to be able to do laundry after hiking in the area. The parking was a pain as it is shared with the shopping area. Our TV kept going in and out.

Excellent property in the middle of everything. The pool and spa area have beautiful views and the spacious rooms offered “home away from home” comfort. Staff was amazing too. We will be back!

When we arrived we were offered a unit with no view. I went back to the front desk and explained that I booked this particular property because of the amazing views of red rocks, Aiden, at the front desk went out of her way to move us to a unit with a stunning view of the red rocks. She was efficient and charming. Thank you!

Hyatt was wonderful, check in was quick and the concierge was very informative. Room was clean, very spacious and accommodating, wish we would have had a better view but it was still nice. Water pressure was low but doable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to explore Sedona, very family oriented. Perfect location
