Wasn't what I paid for

Waited in line to check in for almost more than an hour, service was average. The room was filled with small insects flying everywhere and I only managed to swat around 20 (not exaggerating) before feeling comfortable to sleep. Pool was not clean. Place is cute and is a great location for Sedona sightseeing. But for a one night stay in a "resort" it was very poor.

The property is beautiful, they were doing construction which is always ugly but can't really be avoidable. The only downside is limited parking.

Dated decor and dark rooms. Otherwise a lovely property. Very nice at check in, but be prepared for a Hilton Grand Vacations pitch. We only spent one night so did not get to take advantage of the facilities which looked very nice.

beautiful courtyard, spacious rooms, lovely area for families to hang out when we needed a break from running around. You need to get mini golf clubs etc from the front desk, which we didn't know until we walked over to play and then had to walk to the lobby. Beautiful place!

We were fortunate to have an updated room, which was very modern and attractive. The compact kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and heat leftovers. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The staff was friendly and communicative in all of our interactions, including via text. The yoga class I took was great and the hot stone massage I had was wonderful. Spa was modern and clean. Pool was large and very nice. The grounds were scenic and relaxing right on Oak Creek. Being right next to the well-known Tlaquepaque shopping/dining area was convenient.
