Left the room from 10am-2:45pm on 11/1. Bi made sure the sign was on the doorknob requesting maid service. When I returned the room had not been touched. I called the front desk & was informed the maids were gone for the day. He had no idea why that had happened. There were 3 adults staying in the room. So I asked him to bring us some towels. He ended up bringing 3 ratty “larger” towels. I asked him if we could possibly get 3 wash cloths, hand towels & 1 additional bath towel. My boyfriend walked with him so he wouldn’t need to make the trip back. When my boyfriend got back with a bath towel, 1 hand towel &a single wash cloth he informed me that was all they had. The experience soured me on this hotel. People make mistakes. But given the chance to fix this the employee could have cared less.

Happy with our stay at Lux Verde
Very pleased with our overnight stay at eye Lux Verde Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and located a few minutes from downtown Cottonwood. Check in and out were quick and easy. Tiffany was very helpful and thoughtful during our check in. Super nice!

I was Happy
All was very good The hotel staff was exceptional. The clerk was so helpful! I thought this place was great, the only downside was there was a strong disinfectant smell in our rooms. I was fine with it , but it could present a problem if you had allergies to strong cleaners. I must reitertthat the staff was above and beyond. I enjoyed my stay here!

I think it was a plumbing issue in the building, but every time I used the toilet in a nearby room there was a weird high-pitched noise that was a little uncomfortable, but other than that it was very nice.
