Lets us in.

Well we checked in the first night everything went fine. The next morning we had to recheck in under another friend. We stayed in the same room they redid the keys. I hung up the leave the room sign up so no one would go in. We come back the keys dont work and the sign is off the door....so we get the keys redone. Our stuff was still in the room but they enter the room and cleaned even when we didnt want that! So i wouldnt leave anything super important out.

A large group pleased.

A two night stay with 20+ others in our group. We had a king size bed room conveniently located near the others. The pool area was a great place to congregate for two happy hours. Staff set up a special dinner menu for our first night and we had a dining room to ourselves. All staff did their best to make our stay memorable.

The place was clean and nice way too much bleach on the sheets it was ruff on the throat The restaurant was ok with very poor service and they even filled out the survey for me before they delivered it to me with the bill ... Funny they rated themselves way better than I would have... Food was ok service sucked ...there was a manager sitting near me in the bar and he got great service he didn't have to pay yet the guy who is paying for the service got nearly no service.... Something is wrong with the picture here

Minor hiccup, but overall, great

The room is clean and comfortable. It is quiet. Pleased with the room. However, there were wall attachment bottles of hair and body wash in the shower, the body wash was empty and there was no soap provided for the sink. It is concerning when you are in the middle of a shower. Just check for these things before you get in the shower.

My husband and I do not pay a lot for hotels when we travel. We usually just want someplace to lay our heads because we spend little to no time on the property. Lux Verde met our needs just fine. It was responsibly priced with breakfast included…a perfect combo for a couple of hikers.With that being said, the property is in need of some attention! There was nothing major, but the little things add up. The pool was not open. The fire pit had no gas. Our faucet was so loose I thought it was going to come off. The waffle maker was broken the entire time we were there. The same breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage was served the entire 5 days we were there. So if you’re looking for any luxury or amenities, this is probably not your place, but with a little attention, it could be just right for someone who needs someplace to crash at the end of a busy day.
