Excellent choice
Our family of four stayed at the cottage. It was an excellent choice for my husband, myself and our two adult kids. Plenty of space for everyone. A couple of things to note: There is a garage but you cannot park in it. It has a ping pong table inside. There are no TVs in the master or second bedroom. It’s not really a walkable location if you go in the dead of winter and don’t want to walk far in the cold. The chess table was a nice touch. Would highly recommend for those needing more space than the traditional hotel.

Great place to stay!
Family of 3 humans and 2 pups had a lovely 6 night stay in a patio room with a terrific view. The weekend rate seemed high but the weekday rate balanced it out. Great location right downtown and so much to do and see within walking distance. Love that it's an older property with some recent renovations. Staff was always super friendly and professional and we even had a room issue they were able to fix while we were out one day. Next stay in Sedona we'll probably keep coming back.

The rooms were very attractive and updated. The view from the balcony was perfect! Centrally located so just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. I only wish that lobby hours were open a bit earlier, as we are early risers and ready to get going on trails. Would like to stop for water refill or breakfast first. I would definitely come back here and recommend to others!

What a great little hotel! Newly renovated, and you can't beat the views! Spectacular view of the mountain! We were there for Christmas and we had the big Christmas tree right outside our balcony! What a treat! We were able to walk around town with ease. My only complaint would be that the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors talking and the people above you aound like a herd of elephants running through the Serengeti. Try to get a room upstairs if it's available.

Super location in upper Sedona. Close to everything needed for food and shopping. The hotel room is updated and the facilities were clean and well designed. The hot tub was great and the rooftop deck was a fun to place to relax.
