We were charged an additional $80 , separate from what Expedia charged. One part of the the resort that we loved from previous stays is room service, which appears to be non-existent now. We were looking forward to our usual order from the restaurant and were extremely disappointed to find out that they changed their menu. This is our third time staying here. Our first was in 2020 and we loved it. And each time after it appears the property is going down hill. Somewhat disappointed because of the amount we paid.

Poco Diablo was a great stay. On the cheaper side but it was everything we needed. Close to Uptown Sedona. The hot tub was the best feature. Rooms were big!

Great place to stay
Beautiful location. Friendly desk and bar staff. Very accommodating. Grandson had some left over pizza he wanted to heat up and when I called to see if there was a microwave in lobby they brought one up in less than 10 minutes. We had a nice balcony looking over the grounds with a nice view of surrounding Sedona scenery. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was average. Couldn’t help with an upgrade but could check in early. Room was a little dark and dingy feeling. Definitely older building. Fire pit outside had issues. Overall not a horrible stay but rooms towards the end of the property definitely need renovating

Very nice place. The only inconvenience that we experience experienced was that I booked it through Expedia and when I booked it said it would be 241 and then when we arrived, they charged us 271 not a huge difference, but just the second time this happens with Expedia
