There are two Hilton Vacation Clubs near Sedona... this hotel is cleaner and in better condition than sedona summit. It's highly recommended

The place was private, quiet and everything was in good working order. The bed was comfortable. Nice having a midweek cleaning, and our stuff was respected. The shower was a little week. It is one of the big rain type shower head. I prefer more powerful shower head, but it sufficed. Its a really nice spece for two people. Probably aittle cramped for more people.

Disappointed with this stay! I booked two rooms and our group was separated and put in two completely different buildings. No elevators to get to the second floor room and have to carry luggage down and then up two flights of stairs. Linens on bed were old and pilled. Furniture is old, washing machine leaked all over floor, no body soap in bathroom or toilet paper at pool washroom facilities. Not impressed with this property.

The hot tubs are always working! Any maintenance (small leak from dishwasher) issues that occur are always dealt with promptly and at your convenience. The gym is always clean and not crowded.

I stayed here for a 2nd time in 6 months because I liked it the 1st time. It was only 10-12 minutes from uptown Sedona. This time it was over 30 minutes due to Veterans Day and took another 15 minutes to find parking. So, watch the time of year you stay if you can't handle the crowds. I think ny room was nicer in terms of being updated last time. This time I a faucet that didn't want to turn off completely, unless I had it perfectly set and a faucet that was loose . The dishwasher wouldn't line up so was off track and wouldn't get on track. There was a silverfish that ran across my chest as I was in bed and another ugly bug in the bathroom. Be aware of the people selling time shares if you arent interested. I heard more than once about things breaking down and staff not being allowed to fix it. " WE DON'T FIX MICROWAVE LIGHTS OR Replace MICROWAVES.: there was a dangerous, big long, heavy mirror in my friend's room that was not secured on the bottom, and it was sticking out. She was afraid that she might knock into it and it might shatter on her. We were told that it had to be a specific person to take the mirror down or fix it, but they weren't around. So, we stuck a garbage can in front of it to be safe. Finally, the hot tub was just as warm as the pool and we were told that maybe someone can come fix it. This is an adequate hotel in a beautiful area. Will I stay there again? Maybe, but I'll ask for a renovated room. Staff was very polite and helpful.
