The room was clean but even though we left a tip the hair dryer was left out. There were two guests and only one set of amenities. The Sligo g door would not lick. Engineering guy came , had I been a line I would have been scared. He said the handle was put on upside down meaning it never was able to be locked harder not brought it to your attention

We stayed in a King Grove view room in the second floor. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had some mishaps with some of the staff. The bartender at the pool bar was pretty aggressive and obnoxious. Also, when we called the front desk about extra blankets before bed in our first night it took over an hour and an extra call to get them delivered. But overall it was a wonderful relaxing stay. We enjoyed it and will recommend it to others.

Beautiful resort in a great neighborhood. The grounds were well maintained. Rooms were better than my group expected. I was delighted to have a fireplace in mine. I took advantage of the activity schedule and enjoyed the community businesses that facilitated on site activities like yoga and guided meditations. The service across the resort was pretty bad from check in to pool service. Not just slow but also difficulty with basic tasks like splitting checks and printing receipts. We also ended up booking our own off site activities because the hotel struggled to return calls and coordinate with community businesses. (We had no trouble with community businesses returning our calls.) I’d stay here again because I don’t need great service to be content, but I hope the hotel is able to make some staffing changes because the potential here is pretty great.

Beautiful property in a great location, easily accessible to hikes and downtown. Parking was simple, the grounds were pretty to walk around at in the evenings. We spent time at the pool which could get a bit crowded but seemed that everyone always had a seat. The service at the pool bar and the restaurant were great. This place has a lot to offer.

Great, convenient, clean, upgraded!

Beautiful, clean, great service, updated rooms. They offer free extra’s from a refillable water bottle, to a star gazing party, live music at the bar, which is then moved outdoors. Attached restaurant had a great breakfast, with very fast service (especially for peak season and Sunday morning. Our single only complaint were the pillows. Just not fluffy enough or supportive. We both woke with sore necks and head aches.We will stay here again!

We stayed in a spa room. So you would think it should be relaxing except for the dumpster right behind our room that was being banged at all hours or house keeping closet next to the room that the door was slammed all day. We talked with the front desk and moved rooms on the 3rd day. Just not the stayed we looked forward to
