Poor management!!!

If you rely on electricity for a health condition this is not the hotel you want to stay at. Power went out without any notice on the 1st night around 9 pm and didn't come back on for several hours. Management would not give us a discount for this serious vacation inconvenience. Furthermore they had about a dozen used mattresses stacked up outside our room the entire stay...

Sedona Getaway

From the moment we checked in this place was absolutely wonderful! Jessica at the front desk greeted us very warmly. Our room was great, comfortable, with wonderful south touches through throughout. The welcome gift was a special little touch the bathtub set up with bath bombs and bath salts also. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean. Adequate towels were provided for our 2 night stay so we didn't have to go back down to the desk. The desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly & helpful.
