our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. the location was good with various markets and dining areas near by. However, upon arriving at our room, we found hairs underneath the dining table and dirt on the floor, and one of the blanket smelled like food. The staff really need to clean the suite well before accepting guests.

Parking and the hotel feels safe (we didn't walk around though). Convenient access from the highway. Room was clean, has daily housekeeping. Breakfast was nice with good choices. Pool and hot tub were open and neat (late November).

nice property and room
This mini suit had a small kitchen, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Although an older property, The room was spotless, and the bed was huge and firm. The bathroom was clean, and there was a walk-in shower. Although the hotel was by the main road, it was very quiet. Parking was straightforward, as was the check-in process. We stayed two nights. If I had to stay in Sedona again, I would stay at the dream catcher.

For the cost this place really misses the mark. For $350/night - the room smelled musty, there were dozens of small ants found in bathroom and around the room, trash under and around the beds from previous guests, and the floors were filthy. My kids walked around the room for about 2 minutes and their feet were black with dirt. One quick wipe of the floor with a wet wipe came up black with dirt… not sure if they ever clean the floors based on what we saw. Could hear upstairs neighbor walking around quite a bit, but I won’t fault the hotel as it’s just dependent on whose in the room for the night. The rooms are nicely remodeled, however cleanliness was not on par with cost of the room or what other reviews had shared. I would not stay here again.
