True statement of you can't judge a book by its cover...this place is a hidden jem...I rented the room bc i had a wedding to go to and live10 mins away however my entire neighborhood was out of electricity when I arrived home from work at 1pm..the wedding was at 4 ..in a panic I rented the first available one on the web..I arrived and was dreading opening the room door but to my delight it smelled looked and felt absolutely fantastic..what was something that I was freaking out about was put at ease...I was able to get ready for the wedding AND at the end of the night the room still smelled looked and felt comfortable which alerted me to the fact that it was not a mask.. I was able to rest in a very comfortable bed...will def recommend to anyone that wants to listen!!

Admittedly, I made the reservation at the last minute in a rush. One, it is not a hotel. It is a motel, rooms either facing the parking lot or on a second level. I am not a smoker but took the last room available, which was a smoking room. Still, the room reeked of so much smoke so badly that I opened all the windows and turned on the AC full blast for hours while had dinner just so I could sleep there. The next morning I purchased a Frebreeze spray and again left the windows open. I also sprayed the curtains. In addition, the area is not pedestrian safe.
