The floor in my room was filthy!!!. Food mushed in the carpet and some kind of goo on the floor hidden by the sheets. Some kind of mold on the bed spread.. No towels or soap in my room. No working phone or alarm clock.

Overall not a bad place to stay. Would book again if needed. Front desk staff upon arrival was accommodating (in handicapped and can’t climb stairs) he upgraded our room because I couldn’t climb stairs to one near the elevator. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Front desk upon check out was efficient but definitely didn’t seem to be a people person that day. Rooms could use some TLC. Furniture was decent. Should be better pillows for a king size bed. Not just 4 smaller than standard size pillows.

Front desk employee during the day was wonderful. Above and beyond accommodating! Relatively quiet, great housekeeping staff & served its purpose. Needs some cosmetic TLC in the rooms, furniture could use updating bit overall beds are comfortable and rooms were nice. More pillows and bigger pillows would be nice! 4 standard sized for a King size bed wasn’t enough.

As soon as I walked into this location I saw roaches on the wall and bedbugs on the bed. Absolutely disgusting.

The room was dusty an old tv stand was left in the room you couldn't get into the closet because of the tv stand you had to turn sideways to get into the closet the ceiling in the closet was leaking water stained the vent for the heating and a/c was filled with dust filthy no drain cap in the bathroom sink the hallway was full of people living there with food deliverys in paper bags outside there room it was noisy disgusting
