Old property charges too much, tiny hallways whole wing elevator unavailable especially when it was required. Items stolen in hallway while moving other items up and down stairs. Apparently they are known for theft and was told later that i shouldve known. Really? Who does that?

There is a lot of wear and tear at this property but the most important things to me, comfort and cleanliness were very good. The room amenities were great, microwave, large bar fridge, TV, hair dryer, ironing board. It was also very quiet, both from noise in corridors and from outside. Great value for the price.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. There were signs of bed bugs on the mattress. I paid extra for a later check out time which they made me pay $50 even though they have flyers around that stated late check out after 12pm is $30, when I confronted them about this they stated that after 1pm checkout it’s $50, they do not write this anywhere on the flyer. They also don’t tell you that if you are checking out after 11am you have to go down to the front desk to get a new room key in order to open your door, Overall the worst hotel I’ve ever been to!

Unbearably hot. The heating system is broken, and instead of reading your room's temperature it reads outside temperature. There is no fan either, so you either sit in a hot room with no ventilation and a strong smell of paint, or turn on the fan and sit in a room that's significantly hotter (but still probably safer)

Fine but needs a good cleaning & update.
The location just over the border of Massachusetts made the price more reasonable. But the hotel could use an update and a good scrubbing. It seems geared more towards events and conferences than a simple hotel stay. The signage to the elevators is almost nonexistent. They have a restaurant but do not offer breakfast. The room was a good size, but was oddly laid out. There was something sticky on the carpet, and every lampshade had something scrawled on it. The worst side was turned away, but was obvious when the light was turned on. The working desk had on it the single serve coffee maker and a lamp. Neither of which were plugged in since there was no outlet nearby. Why put electrical things on the desk if there is no way to plug them in? We had to move the coffee maker to the dresser to access a plug. The one bed had two side tables and lamps. The second bed placed at a slope in the wall had no side table or lamp at all, so once the main light was off, that was that. The hotel is on a major road so it was easy to get back into Providence, and we only needed it for two nights, but I don’t think I would stay there again.
