I did not stay. Parking dark and in bad condition. Opened door terrible smell. Turned air on and got a dust storm. Looked up outside roaches. Arrived and in less than a half hour we left key on door handle person had left Your reputation as a good trip advisor is at stake. Recommend you visit or take out of your List Could not enjoy Rhode island had to cut my vacation Dangerous place to be at night Difficult to visit shops nearby on foot i trusted Expedia and was let down

I was visiting family, so didn't spend a lot of time there, but it was fine for my purposes. Clean, convenient parking, near amenities I needed (e.g., convenience stores, gas). The desk wasn't manned all the time (it's a smaller operation), but the manager(/owner?) was easy to reach by phone at any time.

The prices are affordable. Its quiet and peaceful. VERY CLEAN!!!!! The gentleman who owns it and runs it is always in the office. He is very kind, patient, and helpful. I've stayed there 3 times in the past 2 months. Never had any issues or complaints

The owners checked us in. Very pleasant. We were traveling with a (self-built) class b van so the owner even asked to see it. Very nice. Would certainly stay here agian.

The place is run down, paint peeling etc, room and bathroom clean but worn out carpet floor doesn't smell fresh. Receptionist was extremely helpful. He gave me cooler and ice to keep my groceries overnight and he refused the tip.

Adequate accommodation

The bed was comfortable enough, the pillows were small and lumpy. The water pressure in the shower was low and the shower curtain looked stained. Showering was less than pleasant. Customer service was excellent. All in all, my stay was adequate. I will add that it was nice and quiet so I enjoyed the evening.

Ok, so we needed to find a good spot between cities we wanted to visit. Only a few minutes away from the airport, plus the price, it was an easy winner. We got there, it was a quaint little motel, nice desk clerk, smelled of the pool. Got the room, basic needs, but the lights took effort to work out and the door required very forced closing in order to lock properly. The nice clerk was kind enough to show us we basically have to slam. The bathroom had no lock mechanism so it didnt close all the way. The towels and sheets were clean. The carpet felt quite sticky and unclean, so i wore my shoes inside much of the time. The window sills are absolutely filthy. They are openable, but i wouldnt lol. If you dont touch the windows, im sure it will be better overall. Open the curtains, youll get a nice view of trees and vine bushes. It was quite tranquil, having light but also privacy. It was a conclusively cute, cheap, and a cleaner than expected experience! They didnt clean during the stay, which was nice, considering privacy as a priority. It was very reasonably priced, which made the tiny quirks easy to overlook. If we consider a similar arrangement of between city access, i will absolutely consider this motel again!!

One and only night

It was a typical cheap motel. A bit sketchy—We only stayed one night. Our door, which I forgot to get a picture of, had a hole but was secure. The bed was horrible; uncomfortable. Even though it was OK, would not stay again.
