The hotel's location and accessibility are excellent, and the cleanliness is very good. We received a warm welcome; I would also like to thank Mr. Pars at the reception for his attentive service and focus on customer satisfaction.

Doesn’t like much outside but you step inside to the most beautiful lobby and helpful staff. A porter to help with luggage. Connecting Family Rooms - great. Bathroom sink a little small but sufficient. Room size was ok. Restaurant food and views amazing!!! On top of a hill. Kinda hard to get too even by car. Most major attractions are walking distance about 10 minutes. Pool - sucks - too deep for non-swimmers. There’s no shallow to deep end. It’s all one level and you need a swimming cap to use pool. The Spa area is nice and clean and quiet.

the location is absolutely amazing, you are simply located with a walking distance from every single attraction. Staying in Sultanahmet area gives you the freedom to walk to the Blue Mosque, The Grand Bazar, the spice market and Eminuno area. Tramway stations are only a few feet away. Now for the room's cleanliness, staff, breakfast aspects, all are wonderful and second to none. Thank you for the amazing stay! Abdulnaser Al Rubaiawi

Good place to be near everything, good restaurant on a roof top with excellent views, the river walk is just in front with plenty of amenities, restaurants and shops

Staff not cooperative at all and you need to repeat the request multiple times to get the response. Bad glue and paint smell all the time. The internet is very slow and most of the time not connected. Overall, bad experience compared to other hotels of the same price
