Water running in tub Ants in the bathroom No chairs to sit in except small stools. Bed broken and leaning into wall. Queen bed sags in the middle and not just a little bit. We were offered to cancel our reservation with no refund. Despite the clearly broken objects and bugs. The smell was atrocious in the rooms, especially the smaller one. Cobwebs everywhere. If you are looking for below bare to keep the wet off it’s an ok place.

Horrible.

The office mixed up our reservation. Even though I called to confirm that day we would be arriving late. They wound up double booking our room. We had reserved a 3 bedroom cabin with full kithen. The other guest had booked a queen and twin bedroom. Since the other guest was already settled in the cabin, we had to switch reservations with them. We had a party of 4 adults that could barely fit in that room. With the roll away bed it was a fire hazard. Not only did The owner Royce, Not apologize. She tried to blame us for arriving late. She then yelled at us for trying to move the car to be less in the way. And continued to grouse at us about arriving late and waking her up and that she had to do another job in an hour. This is a woman who should not be in the service industry. The room was not very clean and truly was tiny. The place was quite run down and not well kept. Never have had an owner be downright B#@!% at me for daring to be a customer. I should have known better from the curt phone etiquette when I made the reservation.

Avoid this motel.

Terrible overall experience. Dirty, run down, electrical outlets falling out of walls. Lobby smells strong of cat urine. Rude owners.

Large amount of visible mold! Dirty freezer looks like fish blood. Sink full of dirty water upon arrival due to drain plug would've stay open. Shower curtains gross! No smoke alarms Only heat was old space heater. Oven very dirty

Very comfy beds

We enjoyed our stay here because the beds were super comfortable. However, the door to the bathroom wouldn't stay shut. On the first day it would pop open whenever someone opened the front door and then by the second day it wouldn't stay shut at all. It made for some awkward moments with the family. We had to put a towel behind it to prop it shut. The floor was dirty and when I looked under the bed it was super dirty. A few things for them to work on but overall we enjoyed our stay.

No air conditioning television didn’t work no coffee not even cups for water to brush your teeth it is really run down it was as clean as it possibly could have been , towels were nice . my husband is pretty easy to please and he said it was pretty bad. We had one of the low budget rooms so maybe the others are nicer Im trying to be fair . the motel clerk was very nice

The property is acroos from the water, good location. Good hot water, nice kitchenette, bed was comfotable. Restaurant a few doors down, with good food, Bay View Restaurant. Also had good Direct TV.
