tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage im Elsass, von hier aus sind tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen möglich. Wir hatten ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick in die Rheinebene und mit modernem Bad. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das lag auch am guten Essen, sowohl Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht gerade günstig. Als Abwechslung bietet sich das Restaurant A l'Ami Fritz gegenüber an. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Liegen waren meistens belegt, da auch Besucher von außerhalb kamen. In der Saison bekommt man sicher nur schwer einen Platz. Das ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Inadmissible ! Animaux de compagnie admis était il noté sur le site de l'établissement... Sauf qu'à la réception le jour J de l'arrivée, on nous dit que les Animaux ne sont admis nulle part ailleurs que dans les chambres !!!! Tous les acces piscine espace gazon uuextérieur interdit, restaurant idem, bar idem !! Du jamais vu dans ce genre d'établissement s'il edt noté que les Animaux dont admis ! Mesdames messieurs si vous emmenez votre compagnon partout avec vous dabs le sac, même petit, vous navez acces à aucune prestation en couple ! A moins de lzisser votre animal seul dans la chambre pendant que vous prenez du bon temps. Purement inadmissible et site a tendance mensongère ! Mais vous ne le decouvrez qu'a votre arrivée. Qui plus est, hitels.com prebd 30% sur le sejour et en plus lhotel vous licre une chambre avec une toute petite fenetre via la réservation hotels.com

Pour nos 20 ans de mariage, nous nous sommes offert une nuitée dans une suite de cet hôtel d’un confort exceptionnel. Tout était parfait, l’’accueil, le confort et la décoration magnifique, le personnel très sympathique et serviable, un chef de rang d’un professionnalisme poussé à l’extrême, la suite grandiose avec de la dominique partout, 3 téléviseurs, sauna dans la chambre, baignoire à bulles etc etc, enfin le dîner juste incroyable. Un grand bravo à tous pour ce court séjour inoubliable

L’hôtel est propre avec des chambres spacieuses. Design local un peu vieux jeux. Spa et piscines. Le seul bémol est le personnel d’accueil de l’hôtel et le pdj. Pas attentionnés, à peine un regard au petit déjeuner. Il semble que l’important est de bien vérifier le numéro de chambre sur la liste sans regarder les clients et aucun sourire. Au check out nous avons été facturés de la totalité, même si nous avions payé via hôtels.col. Pas une excuse, très décevant. Quel dommage.

endroit magnifique au calme dans un charmant petit village. tres bon accueil,chambres spacieuses literie excellente et salle de bains geniale avec baignoire balneo et douche au top!!! petit dejeuner :une merveille:sucré,salé,jus de fruits frais...... nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant car nous avions un chien.

Superbe séjour! Les bémols : une très forte odeur dans la partie sauna/hammam du spa.. le lit double de la chambre était en réalité 2 lits simples, avec des couvertures simples aussi… dommage quand on vient en couple..

Nous venions 3 fois/ ans avant la période covil. (noms de Carbonera ou Villaros) Nous avons profité de congés inopinés pour venir passer deux nuits et profiter de votre espace détente. Nos points de surprise concernent le petit déjeuner qui a perdu de sa splendeur, qui devient trop commun pour votre type d'établissement. Ensuite, les hammams sont fermés , covil oblige. Je ne remet pas en cause les règles sanitaires, je pense juste qu'il serait bon d'avertir le client. Toujours au niveau détente, présence d'un bracelet perdu au bord de la piscine intérieure ( coté rochers ), idem pour les 5 ou 6 bêtes d'humidité mortes et toujours là après 2 nuits de présence. Apparition d'une grosse araignée au niveau du premier sauna. Impression hygiène de l'espace détente plutôt décevante par ces détails cités plus hauts. La chambre est agréable, le service également. Je ne cherche à être blessant, juste critique pour donner mon regard de client.

Voyage sympa sans plus, spa important mais eau des piscines froides, chambres avec vue imprenable sur rien(petite cours 10m2 au dessus de la réception) pour un 4 étoiles c'est un peu limite ne pas prendre les chambres 103 et 109 et le petit déjeuner à 24 euros... au Novotel il y a le même pour 17 euros voir à l'Ibis...

Hôtel impeccablement entretenu.Personnel très aimable.Nourriture de qualité.Très agréable jardin avec piscine et jacuzzi.Spa très bien équipé.Emplacement au calme et près de la forêt. Mais on a du mal à voir quelqu'un à l'accueil et très mauvaise signalétique à l'intérieur de l'hôtel où on peut se perdre!!

Schönes Hotel im Umbruch, Zimmer schon renoviert, sehr schön und komfortabel, Flure und allgemeine Räume (Restaurant) sind aber noch eher 'alt'. Dafür gigantischer und nagelneuer Spa-Bereich mit tollen Saunen und Ruheräumen, Schwimmbad innen und außen, 1a Hotelpersonal spricht fast ausschließlich französisch der Ort ist klein, aber guter Ausgangspunkt auch für Wanderungen, alles gut erreichbar, angenehm ruhig
