Better choice, always, with free airport transfer!

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

We didn't get internet in the room and talk to the receptionist . But never was looked at. The air-conditioning was set by the hotel but it was hot . Parking you pay extra €15a day . The restaurant was good . Turkish food . The staff was friendly.

The only issue was that each time entering the premises, a waft of cigarette smoke came from the adjacent restsurant. I guess it's a Bulgarian norm to allow smoking in Restaurants. As a former smoker it was off putting. However, not enough to take from my enjoyment of Sofia.

We have been using this hotels for years ! It is nice and convenient for the airport but the last few times when we returned it something new price are up for same hotel ! I should not pay for a parking as guest of the hotel or at least to have a 1 hour no charge / time is needed to check in and leave luggage in the room /2.40 euros for 40 min it is too much ! Additional charges on my credit card without explanation, shuttle service not available end up paying for Taxi ! Very disappointing!
